Kshs 20,000 for the upkeep of community facilities
Kshs 45,000 to support the operational costs of the Police Post

2. Monthly Security Fee

For the continual provision of robust security services by our diligent guards stationed at the gates, there is a monthly fee of Kshs. 3,000.
