(1.) This scheme is only available to members of the THOME V Residents Welfare Association and their immediate families i.e. Biological and legally adopted children and biological
parents.

(2.) To qualify, the bereaved member must have been active and paid development levy and monthly security dues for at least the last six months or such other period as the committee may determine from time to time. The member will also have participated and contributed to previous bereavement incidences.

(3.) All contributions will be channeled through the treasurer.

(4.) If a member or any of the immediate family dies, the news shall be communicated
officially to the residents by the Executive Committee.

(5.) The executive shall direct members on all the necessary actions to be taken including
when and the time to meet at the bereaved’s premises
